Kingstree, SC (PRESS RELEASE) – On July 18, 2015 at approximately 10:45 p. m., deputies with the Williamsburg County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting incident that occurred at 44 Pickle Road, Salters South Carolina. Upon arrival, deputies found the victim, Charles Izzard’s residence had been shot multiple times. According to deputies, Izzard was at his residence when an unknown male subject knocked on his door asking to use the phone. Izzard advised the male subject that he did not have a working phone when the gun shots began. Izzard was not injured during the incident.
