Cool and quiet to round out the weekend before rain chances arrive Monday. Cool high pressure hang will hang on through Sunday before giving way to returning moisture and warming temperatures. Temps tonight will drop to near freezing in most spots with the exception of the beaches. None-the-less, after the cold start, temps will warm into the low to middle 50s Sunday afternoon. We’ll see an increase in clouds, especially in the afternoon. A light drizzle or off and on mist could start early Sunday night as warm air moves into the middle parts of the atmosphere.

Light rain will be possible all through Monday. Highs Monday will be warmer, though, near 60. A cold front will aproach Tuesday keeping rain chances in the forecast. Temperatures wil warm significantly ahead of the front with highs Tuesday in the low to mid 70s. The front will push offshore Tuesday night. Drier and cooler air will move in Wednesday and Thursday with highs in the mid 60s. Another front moves through Friday with a chance for rain. Cooler air moves in again for the weekend.

Tonight: Partly clear and cold. Lows 32 inland, 35 beaches.

Sunday: Partly cloudy with increasing clouds. Highs in the mid 50s.

Monday: Mostly cloudy with light rain. Highs in the mid 60s.
