MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Police say a man who reportedly stole two sets of wedding rings from a Walmart on Valentine’s Day has turned himself in.
The Horry County Police Department released surveillance photos of a man they say entered the Walmart on Kings Road in Myrtle Beach at about noon on Thursday. They believe this man is the one who took the two sets of wedding rings.
“Theft is not the way to our heart! But it is the way to our detention center,” HCPD posted on its social media pages.
According to Mikayla Moskov, with Horry County, Joshua Long turned himself in and has been charged with one count of shoplifting less than $2,000. The rings have also been recovered.
