FLORENCE, SC (WBTW) – A 20-year-old Florence man has been charged with solicitation of a minor, according to the state attorney general.
Larry Dakota Blaze Kelly was charged with one count of criminal solicitation of a minor, a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years in prison, Attorney General Alan Wilson announced on Tuesday.
Kelly was arrested on Feb. 12 by the Florence County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Investigators said Kelly solicited a minor for sex.
Investigators received a CyberTipline report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which led them to Kelly.
The case will be prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Office.
Kelly was released from Florence County Detention Center on $3,000 bond.
