HARTSVILLE, SC (WBTW) – A Hartsville man was killed in a crash involving a motorcycle and a dump truck.
Dashon Crummy, 24, died when the motorcycle he was driving collided with a truck, according to Darlington County Coroner Todd Hardee. The crash happened around 1 p.m. on Tuesday.
According to Cpl. Sonny Collins, with the South Carolina Highway Patrol, a biker struck the rear end of a dump truck on Patrick Highway near East Home Avenue just after 1 p.m. The biker was killed and was reportedly not wearing a helmet.
No information on charges is available.
