MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WBTW) – Myrtle Beach Police are searching for a man wanted in connection with a sex crime that happened in late April.
Officers with the Myrtle Beach Police Department say the man pictured above is wanted in relation to a sex assault that happened in the wooded area near Harrelson Boulevard around 12 p.m. April 23. A police report states officers responded to Carolina Breeze Apartments after the incident where they found the victim with wounds to her face and right arm.
The woman told officers that she was picked up at Walmart by someone she “frequently sees around” and he took her to the woods and sexually assaulted her.
Police say the man, pictured above, was driving a burgundy Dodge Dakota pick-up truck with silver rails and a black tool box. Anyone with information related to this man’s identity or his location is asked to call the Myrtle Beach Police Department at 843-918-1382.
